Return and Exchange Policy

 

We hope you enjoy the products at Cortana Store. However, if a product doesn"t meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it. Your happiness and satisfaction are our priority.

 

Please note the following:

 

You must submit an exchange or return request within 48 hours of receiving your purchase by submitting a product return or exchange request.

 

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Products with special requests, such as adding a name or number to the product or custom stickers, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Promotional offers, such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free," allow for exchanges of the items in the promotion for an equivalent value. However, you cannot return a single item; all three items must be returned. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the shipment leaving the store.

 

If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, the order will be considered processed, and the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for products with special requests (such as a name or number on the product).

 

For returns within Saudi Arabia, a return shipping label will be sent, and the customer must deliver the order to their nearest branch within 5 days of requesting the return.

 

For returns outside Saudi Arabia, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

 

Upon a return, the refund will be credited to your account within 4 to 7 business days after the shipment arrives at our location and is verified to be in its original condition.

 

In the unlikely event of an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product, size, or missing items), the store will bear all costs.
